Hello! My name is Isabelle. I'm a graduate of University of Vermont with a degree in biomedical engineering. I've just returned from year in Australia and New Zealand, where I was working at a ski resort in administration and events. In addition to Rover, I have been using the TrustedHousesitters and Wag! app over the past three years to house sit, board, and walk dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, ranging anywhere from a couple of hours to 3 weeks. I have looked after over 50 cats and dogs! I am punctual, scrupulous, and very respectful of people’s wishes. I am very active, so I would love to go on long walks, hikes, and/or runs with your dogs in the area. I have experience going on runs with 2 dogs at a time. I have dog foster experience with a 1 year old male husky, Echo, through Passion for Paws based in Vermont. We averaged about 10 miles a day when we were together! I previously used to volunteer dog walk at All Breed Rescue in Williston, VT, and loved meeting all the pups. Through my time with Rover, I have been gaining more and more experience with all types of pets all over the world. I have experience with young and elderly dogs/cats of all sizes. I have worked with a variety of breeds with various backgrounds, energy levels, and abilities. I am confident with oral medications and injections. I have experience administering two daily insulin injections to an elderly dog. Once I’m with your pup, I’m with them everywhere, supervising them 24/7- unless noted otherwise. I love to bring them on all my adventures and ensure their safety is my number 1 priority. I promise to love and cherish your dog/cat in the time that I have :) I am currently planning my next adventure, so my schedule is extremely flexible. With planning in advance, I am flexible with any day and time that is within your needs. I also care for my family pet rabbit when I am home in the States.
