Hi there! My name is Isabelle and I’m a fourth year Chemistry PhD student at UNC - go Heels! I absolutely adore dogs and was lucky enough to adopt my best friend a year ago. I also volunteer at the Animal Protective Shelter of Durham and can’t wait to love your good boys and girls like my own! I also grew up with a small cockapoo who I helped train from a puppy. This included potty training, leash walking, and basic commands. I firmly believe in positive reinforcement and the power of a yummy treat. Through my experience as a shelter volunteer, I have walked dogs of all breeds and sizes, with a range of temperaments from shy to cuddly to exuberant. I am comfortable putting on and using a harness or a gentle leader. I’m here to make your dog feel happy and loved when you can’t! I want to work with you to maintain your usual routines, rules, and training. I’m always happy to communicate with you on how best to serve you and your little (or big) one!
