I have had a bunch of animals and also watched some friends animals while they were away on a trip. I take the pets on a walk and get some exercise morning and evening theres always toys for the dogs who can have toys. Feeding times are always around the same time. I have a fenced in yard that is huge where dogs can run around and play with some toys and exercise. Potty hours are whenever needed I'm outside a lot to water flowers and swim and always bring my dog out to play outside while I'm out. I always make sure there is water available its been so hot lately they need it. Treats are also good for doing something good or even when training.
