Since I was born I’ve been surrounded by dogs of all sizes, breeds & temperaments. I have always loved each and every dog as if they were my own(even if they weren’t). My mother has 3 dogs(2 puppies & one 15 y/o) & my father also has 3 dogs. Since moving to Denver I have adopted my own dog, Leia. I adopted her in August of 2020 when she was a tiny 8weeks old. Since adopting Leia I have taken dog training courses, learned about raw-feeding/cooking homemade food for her and even more. I have been watching dogs since I was at an appropriate age to do so because of my parents dogs. I have watched dogs that are not my own and I have loved and taken care of them as if they were mine because I know that is what I would want someone to do for my pup. I am very on top of giving my dog vitamins & mental stimulation with tricks & puzzle toys. I will do the same for your dog if that is what you do as well. I can also work with your dog to teach them tricks if you would like! Overall, I’ve always been and always will be a dog lover regardless of whether or not the dog has quirks & I will love your dog like my own. I am a 2nd grade teacher in Denver. I work full time but as you may know the schools have been going on and off from virtual to in-person. My boyfriend Patrick works remotely full-time, so if I end up getting called back into school he would be home to watch the dogs. I am extremely flexible with my schedule and I would love to do either long term set schedules or once in a while sitting. I live in an apartment building in Denver. There is a fenced in area where we take the pups to do their business. I live right next to a large park that I often take the dogs on long walks in during my breaks at work & after work. I try to take the dogs to the dog park down the street from me at least once a day for a decent amount of time to get their exercise. My boyfriend also takes the dogs on long walks during his breaks so they get ample amount of exercise throughout the day!
