Excited to meet you and your pet!

Pet care experience

I've always grown up with dogs. My family has an American Bulldog named Asher, he is really sweet. I also have a cat named Woah, he was originally one of my friend's pets but he couldn't take care of him anymore. I've also taken care of many other family member's pets, my boyfriend has dachshunds. One of them was very old and she needed to take medicine so I would help to keep up with her routine when his family would go out of town. I love animals and can't wait to meet your amazing pet(s)!

Isabella was very attentive and caring for the animals my family and myself have! We just recently went on vacation for a week and had to find care for our 6 dogs, 1 cat, 1 Bunny and a handful of Quail! (Yes, I know that’s a lot!!) Isabella came in for the rescue and was able to watch over our little fur babies! She did a fantastic job taking care of all the animals, insuring they were all feed and that if any needed medications that those were taken care of too! Anytime I plan to go out of town in the future I will be calling Isabella to take care out our little fur babies! P.S. She will send you cute little videos of your fur babies living their best lives while you’re away!

Two thumbs WAAY way up! Every time my family goes out of town we ask Bella to take care of our pets and she has always done a great job! We’ll definitely request her care in the future, the pups will be happy to see her again.

I'm the primary caregiver for my cat, Woah, who is indoor/outdoor. He is very active so I make sure to keep him stimulated when he is inside with lots of kicker toys, a tunnel, a scratch box, a "biscuit" blanket and a few teaser wands so we can play together. He prefers running water and has a fountain, which I clean once a month when I change the filter. I feed him once in the morning, filling his bowl with dry food, and he self regulates his eating throughout the day. I also regularly give him treats, his favorite are "kitty gogurts" a.k.a Churu cream treats. At my parent's house, we have a feeding station next to the door for our dog, Asher. He likes to go outside and will usually spend most of the day in the yard running around or napping in the sun, although if the weather is bad and he has to stay inside he is usually napping on the couch or chewing one of his toys. At my boyfriend's house, we have a large shared bowl for Bubba and Finn, who get along very well and self regulate throughout the day with a single bowl fill in the morning (it is several scoops of food and usually lasts them into the next day). When they go outside they need to be supervised as woods are close to the house and predators are a concern, usually for about 20-30 mins every 2-3 hours. At my friend's house, he has a cat, a bunny, 6 dogs, and 8 quail. Recently, his family went out of town and asked me to care for their pets and home. They have a feeding station for all the dogs, which has the cat food as well - her food and water bowls are nearby but elevated so the dogs cannot reach, they self regulated throughout the day but their bowls would be filled if running low. Their cat would be fed once in the morning and again in the evening. The quails had their feed above their cage and would need their bowls filled if it was low or empty, making sure to fill water as well. The bunny would only need to be fed once and self regulated his food and water, he has a great caged off area that allows him to run around freely away from the dogs and cat. If your dog requires any special care, I'll be sure to implement everything required to keep your pet safe and healthy while you're away. I'm familiar with administering oral medicines and walking/bathroom/feeding schedules.

Information Isabella P. would like to know about your pet

If your dog is older or requires special care such as medication, I am able to administer oral medications but wouldn't be able to handle an injection. I'll also make sure to note the closest vet and 24/7 care facilities, if there is any emergency with your pet. If there are any important notes about your pet that you'd like me to know as far as routine, schedule or daily habits, I'd love to do as much as possible to make your pet feel comfortable and happy while you're away.

A typical day

There's a large park near my house that is perfect for walks and even has a gated section for dogs to run around, separated between large and small dogs. If there is a park closer to your home, I would likely take your pet to that park for walks.

Availability

I'm working part time and go to college, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets. Currently, over the summer, I have an open availability so that I can save up for my next semester.
