Pet care experience
What sets Ian and I (Isabella) apart from other sitters is our team work and cooperation. In both of our family’s we are the designated pet sitters, since day 1 we have been around animals of all types and have had so much love for all animals! We (Ian and Isabella) have been in a committed relationship for 4years and decided to team up our rover accounts to create an even better experience for our clients and their beloved pets. When we say a better experience by this we mean a few key things… faster and better communication. Since there are two or us we are able to quickly respond to inquiries/requests and if by chance both of us aren’t available to make it there is still a very high chance that one of will still be able to walk/watch your furry friend/s! Another key thing would be more adorable picture updates of your beloved furry friend having a good time while you’re away to help ease your mind And last but definitely not least we are able to help each other in certain tasks for your pet to meet their daily needs for example if your cat or dog isn’t very good with their medicine there’s two people (Ian and Isabella) to make sure all goes right and they take their medication!

Isabella and Ian did an awesome job with my dog, Gus! He was happy and healthy when I got home and my apartment was better than when I left :) I got lots of sweet updates of Gus hanging out with his friends.
Ian and Isabella took amazing care of our 5 month old puppy. We were very nervous leaving for the first time for an extended weekend. After the meet and greet, we felt at ease and excited for our trip as they asked great questions and knew what to consider for a successful, enjoyable experience. They provided amazing care for our pup and sent us regular updates. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and look forward to booking them in the future!

Isabella and Ian were fantastic and patient with my cat, she needed meds and is also a high anxiety kitty who hides. They were patient and took the time to find her and make sure she had her pills. By the next day she had warmed up to them. They were great with communication, check ins and photos. Would for sure recommend them!

Isabella and I (Ian) have both used rover but in all of our past pet sittings the owners will usually leave instructions for us including but not limited to how much to feed, what to do if we both have to leave for a little, how much you’d like us to walk them, if/how they take medication. We also do appreciate when owners leave everything out for us or show us where they keep all the things we will need while we are there caring for their furry family members:)

Please let us know before booking with us if your dog or cat has any special care they need done or behavioral issues. Please let us know if your dog is reactive to other animals including but not limited to: Other dogs, cats, deer, squirrels, people, etc. This helps to make sure we are a little more aware and cautious when walking them:) Thank you! -Ian and Isabella
A typical day
and I (Isabella) are active people so if you have a pet at home with non stop energy you have the right people! Ian loves to go on runs/walks and is great with dogs that like to play tug of war. When he’s not outside being active he also loves to relax inside with a good show on while playing fetch with your dog or just have the dog/cat snuggle up next to him while they both watch tv. Me (Isabella) personally I love to go on scenic walks I love sunsets and sunrises and if there’s a nature path in your area I will gladly take your dog on a walk so they can’t get all the scents that are out there! With permission of course! When I’m not outside I love to get crafty inside whether that means staying inside and painting or cooking/baking! I have a cat at home that loves to play! She fetches, and really loves her teaser wand toys but her all time favorite is to play “tag” I’ll run by her and she’ll chase after me and when she catches up will tag my leg and then it’s my turn to get her. If you have any food/teats puzzles we also love using those to stimulate your furry loved ones minds

Availability
Our schedules are very flexible as of right now. With Ians schedule he’s a student at Washtenaw community college his most open days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But Tuesday and Thursdays after 3:00pm also work as well! For Isabella’s schedule she’s currently working on rover full time so her schedule is wide open as of right now. She plans to start some classes at Washtenaw community college in early to mid January. We will both update our schedules as things change In the new year but as always we try to keep our calendar up to date.
