Pet care experience
I’ve owned dogs since I was 10, owned a rabbit from age 15-23, and cared for cats since I was 15! I am a huge animal lover, I’m a therapist during the week and get all the animal snuggles I can when I’m not at my 9-5 :) I have extensive experience with feeding, play time, cuddles, and I am not a vet tech but have frequently administered medication. I previously had dogs with epilepsy, diabetes, and currently have a dog with stomach problems. I typically have worked with neighbors, family, and friends! I have also been recommended to other families through word of mouth.

Isabella did drop-in visits to feed and check in on our cat while we were away. When she first visited for a meet-and-greet, she established a rapport with our kitty right away and played or cuddled with her during her visits, depending on kitty’s mood. She also kept track of the status of the litter box and kept it nicely clean. Much appreciated!

At my home I have a fenced in back yard and my doggos have free range of my house! With that being said I am not offering services in my home. I am familiar with crate training, walking, observing dogs in the back yard (keeping an eye for other animals or routes of escape), gating certain sections of a home, and double checking all doors are open or shut! I check food, water bowls, and potty mats extensively and religiously!

Please let me know if there are any concerns regarding a dogs behavior, such as fears or past incidents. Additionally please let me know if there are activities your dog really enjoys :) for example people they may be familiar with at their favorite walking spots or how they feel about strangers. Lastly in regards to food/health please let me know if the animal has any food sensitivities, allergies, or any feeding struggles.
A typical day
Fetch, tag, hide and go seek, doggy enrichment. Any activity the dog likes, even if it’s doggy tv :) I love taking dogs on walks where they are comfortable and joyful! I have no preference on places although I do enjoy Sperr Park!

Availability
I work full time about 40 minutes from the Horseheads area. I leave Horseheads between 8 or 9 during the week and I am back in town by 6 or 7. I have open availability on the weekend unless I have a prior commitment. Please feel free to message me any request regarding availability, I may be able to make something work :)
