I recently left my dog with Isabel for a month, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Isabel provided excellent care and attention to my dog, ensuring he was healthy and happy throughout their stay. I appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Next time I need a pet sitter, she will be my first choice. Thank you for taking such great care!

My dog got attacked while staying with Isabel. I specifically asked if there would be any other dogs since my dog is a senior and needs additional care. She accepted another dog to stay with her after she said there wouldn't be and without letting me know. Isabel then proceeded to feed all of the dogs in the same area. (Anyone with any basic knowledge of dogs knows they get territorial over food and should be separated if they are unfamiliar with each other) The other dog finished its food and immediately attacked my dog, tearing her ear, and resulting in her needing 4 stitches. Not only did Isabel wait 4 hours to notify me or take my bleeding dog with a torn ear to the vet, but she watched the whole incident happen and didn't do anything until her husband realized what was happening and broke it up. Isabel was extremely nonchalant about the whole situation and asked me to pay for the vet bill. Before my dog Zoey was attacked, Isabel sent me pictures of someone else's dog instead of my own and was very aloof and seemed to not care about the well-being and happiness of my dog. Beware if anything happens during your dog's stay she will not take the blame or initiative for anything.
