I have been around dogs since I was born. Having an apartment without one feels weird— I would love to take care of your animal(s)! I have raised multiple family pets and have been responsible for feeding, training, walking, bathing, and vet visits since I can remember. In the last couple of years since I have moved away from home, I have dog sat, fostered, and taken care of dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, needs, conditions, and lengths of stay and absolutely loved every second of it! I am able to work from home any day of the week; so I will be able to dedicate all of my time to hanging out and taking care of your dog! Taking care of a dog is very much second nature to me; your pet will always be a top priority and looked after with the utmost care and you will be updated however frequently you wish!

I have a large apartment and am able to fence off or crate (I have a large one) your dog if needed. They will have tons of space to roam for themselves— I have no other pets. I am one block away from Hudson Yards Park and the river so we will visit it on every walk/potty break and your dog will be able to explore and be in nature (as much as we can get in nyc anyway)!! If I am in your home, I will be sure to respect your space and leave it like I was never there. In addition, I will follow all of your instructions to a tee and am dedicated towards making sure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible.

Please let me know if there are any special accommodations I would need to make for your dog— I am happy to do so!! I really appreciate knowing as much about your pet as possible in order to prepare for our time together. Information like feeding schedules, exercise, medications, any other routines, friendliness towards other dogs and people, and any quirks is greatly appreciated and will ensure that our visits go smoothly. In addition, please let me know the intensity of care your animal will require and anything I can do to make sure your dog is healthy and comfortable. Let me know what they like and the things I can do to keep them happy while they are in my care! If your pet requires around-the-clock care that is prohibitive of me stepping out to run quick errands, get food, etc., please let me know. **Although I am more than happy to accommodate this based on my schedule, my rates for this type of care may be higher.
A typical day
I only have a couple of work calls a day so frequent walks and indoor play time will be a guarantee. When we’re not outside, your dog will have free roam of my space (or yours) and I will always be down for play and mental stimulation at home.

Availability
Working in a remote capacity makes me very flexible when it comes to pet care. I am able to accommodate walks and drop-ins throughout the day at pretty much any time. During the week, I am able to housesit and provide doggy day care whenever needed.
