My family has owned cats all my life, and we’ve owned a dog for 5 years now! I’ve also dog-sat for over 12 years, caring for a large range of sizes and levels of need. Most importantly, I love animals, will treat yours like my own, and will enjoy every minute with your furry friends!

My main services are dog-walking and pet care in the client’s home. When dog-walking, I avoid areas with heavy traffic and walk between the dog and the road. I also keep a careful eye on the dog’s condition, especially during more extreme temperatures. I carry bags with me for any dog waste. During in-home pet care, I make sure they are well-fed and watered, and let them out to go to the bathroom frequently. I am very willing and able to accommodate any specific instructions or needs as well.

A typical day
I make sure all dogs, whether more complacent or high-energy, get activity and exercise! I take them out on walks and run around outside with the really active ones! If the weather is bad, I’m a big fan of tug-of-war and will gladly play with your dog indoors!

I am a student at Patrick Henry College, so my weekdays are pretty busy. That said, I am free before 10 and after 5 on most days, besides Sunday. There are a couple exceptions, but I am flexible!
