We have booked Isaac a number of times, and we will continue to do so! Always great communication, flexibility, and gets along great with our cat Tilly!

Issac was wonderful with our two cats！Issac's communication was outstanding and followed instructions very well. After every visit, Issac promptly sent informative update with helpful details and shared many great pictures. Our cats clearly had fun with Issac during their play time. In one vist, Issac found our cats were somehow stuck in a bedroom and had accidents on the floor and the beddings. Issac immediately informed us of the situation, then not only took care of our cats but also went extra miles to help clean up the mess and treat the odor. Issac also kept all of the rooms shut or fully open to avoid such terrible accident (definitely a lesson learned for us). We truly appreicate Issac's help and cannot imagine what would have happened to our cats without Isaac. We would love to rebook with Isaac in the future and recommend Isaac to anyone else.
