Iris took excellent, and I mean, excellent care of our precious labrador during our 8 day vacation. She sent me many pictures and videos of my puppy having a wonderful time playing and snoozing. Her house is very roomy, neat, and tidy while still being very comfortable for the pets. I felt so relieved on my trip knowing that he was in good hands. My only concern was that he would not want to go home. :) If you are looking for a great sitter, I highly recommend Iris.
I'm new to town and luckily found Iris to watch my dobie for the day. She was so great with Ranger. Maple is such a sweet pup and gets along with mine very well. Thank you again!
Iris did an amazing job caring for my dog Buddy! I felt extremely comfortable with the experience as Iris sent updates without prompting and responded to my texts immediately. Buddy has the habit of eating his dinner really fast and Iris already knew of methods used to slow him down. Buddy got along with Maple very well and they loved chasing each other in the yard. Buddy LOVED Iris and Maple so I know he will always be in good hands!

We’ll get along fabulously if your dog loves naps together and going on walks. I don’t mind if it’s with Maple or taking turns alone due to leash manners. I can also do canine enrichment for treats to mentally stimulate them (e.g., find it, puzzles, etc). Maple is crate trained if the need arises. Maple and I also love to cuddle and relax on the sofa - your dog would be a welcome addition. I’ll treat your dog like a member of the family.

Our backyard fence is not very tall (as seen in pictures) so we would not be a good match if your dog is a jumper/escape artist. Let me know if your dog has special behaviors I should be aware of.
A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood. Or field trip to North Park for walks or runs. At my home we will play fetch, have canine enrichment (e.g., stuffed kong/west paw, lick or snuffle mats), and take naps.

They’ll get to play indoors together while I keep an eye on them. We’ll also have multiple breaks throughout the day to potty, play fetch, or let the dogs play with each other or sniff in my fenced area under my supervision. Your dog won’t be alone for any extended times.
