Iris, Logan, their kids, and even the dogs were welcoming. We had a sitter set, and at the last minute she had an emergency about three days before we left for our 9 day trip. I contacted Iris and she was quick to respond. I was able to meet her and her entire family the night before we needed to drop off our pups. My wife and I went back the next night and spent some time with the family to make sure they felt comfortable with everything. Before we even got home, Iris was sending us pictures to show us our dogs were more comfortable than when we left them. Iris was very honest about her expecting another dog and that she would be sure to do what she needed to make sure all dogs were comfortable. She gave us constant updates. Iris sent multiple messages and photos each day to help us be comfortable with the care being given to our pups. (She has been the most communicative sitter we have ever had). Our last minute Hail Mary turned into a wonderful experience for the family. We will be using Iris and her family again in the future.

Iris was great! She gave us regular feedback and pictures of our dog while we were away and took great care of our pup, even trimmed her nails! She was kind, friendly and flexible with our changing schedule.
