Welcome to my page! I’m a certified pet groomer specializing in special needs and rehabilitation grooming in Marina Del Rey! I have 5 years of pet grooming and handling experience and before that a lifetime of loving animals. I absolutely love every dog I get to work with and have years of experience and training in reading doggy behavior and responding accordingly! Your pet is 100% safe with me and I’d love to be able to offer the supplemental care you need! I frequently find that I can be of great resource to new puppy owners or pet parents whose animals have changing needs. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friends!

Iris loves dogs like she loves humans. She is very tuned into them and knows what they need and enjoys making their day. I have seen her care for her parent's dogs and her own dog and she is THE BEST. I have also seen how comfortable humans feel with her, even humans who are not easy to get along with. She is super responsible and dependable, head and shoulders above most people. I have seen her step up to the plate and work through tricky situations, taking responsibility when others turned away from it. She is also a lot of fun.
Iris is a revered dog groomer in marina del Rey. I turned all of my friends onto her because of how good she is when rescues! We all have rescue dogs and my dog, a maltipoo rescue, was especially scared to go to the groomer at first. Iris was incredibly patient with him and spent lots of time coaxing him into being comfortable with her present before she even tried to groom him. She is a miracle worker! I know that she also has her own pup, Whiskey, who is incredibly sweet and well behaved. Whiskey is with her while she grooms sometimes and you can really see the amount of trust and respect Iris and whiskey have for each other. Get this woman on rover so she can walk my dog while I’m at work!

I’m willing to work with pets of all needs! Muzzles, harnesses, gentle leaders, wheelchairs or wagons. If your dog has an ability aid that will ensure their safety and the safety of others why not use them? We can brainstorm on what’s right for your pet if you’re still trying to figure that out!
A typical day
Let’s go for a walk or to the park! There are so many smells, sounds and sights out there that your pet is dying to interact with! We can play fetch and tug or we can just chill in the grass and have some nice scratchies. The possibilities are endless!
