Didn't have a good experience unfortunately. Irina didnt follow any of my written instructions,My 2 small dogs were meant to be walked twice each during the 8 hours I was away,She only walked my one dog once for a minute as I have a outdoor security camera by my front door and saw her movements. My other dog has glycoma and a cataract so the 2 eyes drops that I asked her to administer needed to be done at 2pm, she left my property at 1pm and didnt return unitil 3.40pm. Eyedrop medication needs to be done at a certain time everyday which I again has written down on the instruction list. There first walk was mean to be done at 1pm which she was out so they werent walked then. I called texted her at 4.30pm to see how she and the dogs were doing,she didnt answer,I called her she didnt answer, then she called me back I asked her when she was going to walk my dogs as the one dog havent been walked since 9.30 am when we all walked together including her, she said she will walk them at 5pm. She didnt walk them at 5pm either. I rushed home from my birthday event as I was so worried about my dogs getting bladder infections or not doing the eyedrops ,I got to my house and opened the front door to see her sleeping on my couch. I couldnt believe it. I basically paid her to sleep and go out to do her personal errors during the times she was meant to be looking after my dogs.

So grateful that Irina B. was available and continues to be. She cares so much for my cat (and my turtle). It makes me so happy. My furry and non-furry boys like her too. Thanks so much Irina!!!
