Pet care experience
I have had dogs for 30 years from puppies through to senior years. My home has always been the holiday home for all of my friends and family dogs, with my 6 year old springer spaniel and senior (17 year old) rescue dog.

Irene and her family were great. Roger can be a little anxious at times and usually can tell when he comes back from a sitter, but hes totally content and just comes home and sleeps after obviously having a great engaging day. Thoroughly recommend and will continue to use Irene in the future
Irene and all her family were incredibly friendly. Our Moose spent the time non-stop playing with their cockers, which meant she was all tired out when we collected her. Would 100% use again. Thanks Irene
Really really pleased with Irene and the service she and her family provided for our two dogs. We have a chihuahua and a Frugg which is particularly energetic at 1 years old. Irene sent videos and photos everyday, came and helped with the loading and unloading of the car, really excellent service. Dexter (Frugg) was quite sad to be leaving, took him a while to stop missing his new best pal he made while staying with Irene. Thanks and will certainly be using again for our next holiday.
Irene and Paul were fantastic, flexible when we needed to amend the drop off time, and welcomed our nervous lab into their home and made him feel welcome. Next time we’re in Whitstable we will be sure to be in touch again. Strongly recommend.

I have a secure garden with rear access for walks on the beach, which is a 10 min walk from my home. My 2 dogs are sociable and friendly and very used to other dog as in their home. It’s a very relaxed home and nowhere is out of bounds as sometimes visiting dogs prefer to sleep upstairs for comfort.

What your dogs are like with other dogs and what they like to do, for example some prefer the woods to the beach? It’s important to know how and where they sleep at night so I can stick to a similar routine while you are away.
A typical day
We have a busy household with regular visitors. I like to walk the dogs early morning for over an hour along the beach and then usually go to Dunstan Downs in the afternoon. We have an active day and chilled evenings and at weekends we all go to our local pub!

Availability
I am at home all day and the dogs are never alone with an active day and chilled evenings. The weekdays are usually quiet and the weekends busier with friends and family visits.
