I'm an Animal Behavior College alum, receiving my Certified Animal Grooming status in 2017. I have worked in a few doggy daycares as the groomer since then. I have volunteered at a few different places in Texas (Lewisville Animal Shelter, SPCA of Texas, Country Meadows Pet Inn and Spa) and at the Chicago Dog Rescue, as well. My parents made sure we never lived a day without a pet at home. Aside from the gerbils, ferrets, guinea pigs, and hermit crabs (etc) we would adopt over the years, we would also rescue injured squirrels, turtles stranded in the middle of the hot Texas roads, an owl who got hit by a car, a crow, and so on. A love of life has carried me into adulthood and I'm grateful to spread that care to any pet I come in contact with! I am definitely comfortable with sitting with almost any species. All animals are good animals and deserve care and love and respect! I am currently living with Scarlett the cat (a Nebelung), Cowboy the weenie dog, and my child, Rhobi, the bearded dragon.
