Pet care experience
We are a family of three who live in South Surrey. We enjoy taking care of animals and would love to host your pet while you are away on vacation, busy with appointments or work. To prepare for adopting our own dog, we have taken care of dogs for family and friends. Our home is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a dog park, walking trails plus a quick drive to the beach. At home, your dog will get plenty of snuggle and hugs. There is a small yard for quick jaunts, playing fetch and washroom breaks, but daily walks will be part of the repertoire. My daughter is 7 years old and loves dogs and cats; she is also fond of smaller animals like guinea pigs and rabbits from her time with them at SPCA camp. We also have past experience with small animals, having previously owned hedgehogs. If your family has small critters that require feeding or caring, we are available to assist with them too. We love the company of pets and will treat yours like our own! Think of us like the aunt, uncle and cousin they can’t wait to visit!

Safe, supportive and fun care from Irene and her family is what I have experienced. Irene has boarded my Bella on several occasions and I am fully trusting in her dog care. Not only Irene, but her daughter and husband are also dog lovers and provide my Bella the much needed attention that she pushes for. Irene lives near walking trails and a dog park or a close car ride away from the beach. Irene and her family are energetic so I know my Bella will be well exercised during her stay. Irene will reach out to me with any questions or concerns and is attentive to my dog's needs. If you want great doggy care, I endorse Irene.
I have left my dog Finlay with Irene and her lovely family several times. Every time I do, Finlay is excited to see them, and can't wait to start playing with them. When I pick him up, he is happily worn out, because Irene alway ensures that Finlay gets plenty of exercise and play. She also makes sure he takes a break if he's playing too much, which is also a hazard(!). I never worry about Finlay when he stays with Irene because I know he is in good hands, and that he gets lots of love and attention. I would recommend Irene and her family to anyone as excellent doggy caregivers!
On many occasions, I entrusted Irene with the care of my little Yorkie "Goma" when my family and I went away on vacation. Though it is always hard to leave the little guy behind, I never doubted that he would not be getting the love, if not more, from Irene. Goma was always well looked after -- showered with love and attention and given his daily walks. I live in Toronto and if she was still here, I would drop off Goma without hesitation.
