I was going on a weekend trip and could not take my Rocky with me… I’ve never left him with anybody let alone a complete stranger to him ( not to me) so I was feeling overly anxious and nervous on where to leave him. I was 5 minutes away from calling off the whole trip when I Ireland popped in my head, instantly I was reminded about the love and care she has for dogs as she has 3 of her own. I called her last minute and without hesitation she agreed to take him. Again, I was very anxious as I did not know how he would react to a complete stranger. Soon after my son dropped him off to Ireland I got a amazing picture from Ireland of my little rocky basically smiling and looking beyond happy at that very moment I knew he was in great hands.:) through out my weekend she kept me very informed with how he was doing which was great and never any negative feedback so he felt comfortable with her … when I picked him up that Monday he was not anxious, sad, without energy he was simply relaxed and full of cuddles… he definitely did not show any signs of separation anxiety and I credit Ireland’s nurturing love with dogs that made him feel so at ease… I hear horror stories in regards to boarding places and how dogs come home after there stay and I was so grateful that instead I had a great dog mom. To watch over him … made my trip that much enjoyable and easier… I would give Ireland 10 stars and definitely would leave rocky with her if any near trips have to take place.
