I grew up with dogs and horses and have a passion for animals. I also donate a portion of my earnings to the Ace of Hearts foundation. Besides providing in-home pet care for the families I nannied for, I also have a year of experience working with a professional dog walking/pet sitting here in Los Angeles! A few of my duties included in-home daytime/overnight animal care including: dog walks; fed meals; gave treats; refilled water bowls; cleaned litter boxes and other messes; play and cuddle time, grooming and baths. I learned how to administer oral and topical medications as well as give insulin injections. When staying overnight at houses, my duties included: collected mail, newspaper and packages; watered plants; put garbage/recycling bins out on designated days, cleaned dishes, and communicating with owner(s) to keep them up to date on their precious pets! I also conducted new client meetings which consisted of: meeting clients and pets; gathering relevant information; answering questions and offering advice; and picking up keys. I am really excited about Rover offering day care as an option! When I have dogs over for day care, they have the BEST day. With your permission we will go to Rosie’s dog beach or Marina Del Ray dog park, go on plenty of walks, and have a great time! They will be able to play with my room mate’s lab who LOVES to play and run around the house.
