I understand it is very important that all dogs obtain the exercise they require to keep them fit and healthy, and also keep them stimulated. This then can keep them calm and relaxed when back at home. Furthermore, Red setters are a very affectionate dog, so do have a tendency to require a lot of loving attention. So I have the understanding that it is important for all dogs to provide an acceptable amount of attention to keep dogs happy and healthy in their home environment and with their families and visitors into the home.
