I have been around dogs since I was 10 years old, my parents used to worry that I was going to get bit by just going to a unknown dog and wanting to pet it, but I was not scared. As I grew up, I realized that giving somebody a voice when they can't talk on their own is the best gift. As for dogs, I always spoke up as if they were my children. Once I started in the field of animal medicine I noticed not every dog is going to like you, just like people. However, all I can do is show them love and try to understand. I grew up with Boxers, their energy levels were always the highest, taking them on walks made my day, just by the happiness they possessed walking around the neighborhood. With working in an animal hospital, I noticed majority of dogs love being outside. Honestly, dog care for me is the same care I would give to a child, UNCONDITIONAL.
