I have loved animals my whole life, but I have a special passion for dogs. To me, dogs are amazing friends and their vibrant energies easily rubs off on me. I have had my dog Max for seven years. He is a mix of Pekingese and a poodle and he is the friendliest but shyest dog ever. I used to take him to the parks every day in the spring and summer. But now that I am at an out of state university, I do not see him very much. I only go home on holidays, so that is mainly when I see him. I miss playing with him and taking care of him, which is why I want to extend this love onto someone else's dog. I love to run around the parks with dogs, play fetch, and let them chase me. Dogs have such positive energies that can easily change anyone’s bad day into a good one. I also like to take dogs to dog parks to play with other dogs. Sometimes they get lonely too and want to play with friends. Although I love big dogs, Pitbulls scare me. No matter how friendly their owner assures that they are, I do not trust them. I am comfortable with watching, playing, or walking any other breed. Bathing dogs is not a problem for me, because I wash Max all the time. However, I know families like their dogs washed a certain way or with certain products. After being instructed once of the do’s and don’ts I’m perfectly capable of caring for anyone’s dog as if they were mine.
