Pet care experience
Hi, I'm Iman! I've been working with animals since I was about 7 years old. I logged over 300 hours at my local animal shelter in high school, and most of that time was spent with dogs. I cleaned cages, gave a lot of walks, and helped socialize shy or aggressive new arrivals. I also learned the basics of doggie medical care. Having handled dogs--and horses--of various temperaments, I am fully comfortable taking care of anything from a Great Dane to a Chihuahua! As a college cross county runner, I'm happy to take your dog for a run. I know a lot of nice trails. I've decided to become a sitter because, quite simply, I don't have enough animals in my life now that I'm in college! I love dogs--and I'm excited to meet yours!

Iman is very gentle and sensitive to animals and their individual needs. I trust her very much around my animals and think they sense and entrain to her warm presence. As a dog walker myself I think Iman definitely has the care and passion towards animals that is necessary
I've been friends with Iman since middle school, and she's always been extremely responsible and particularly loving of pets! She would always come over to see me (but mostly my adorable dog, a rowdy Weimaraner!). She is completely trustworthy with your pups and is always a great time!

A typical day
As a cross country runner, I'm familiar with most of the trails in the area--so in my walks, I can definitely stay off the road! As a house-sitter, your dog and I can play with toys. (I think fetch is almost as fun as dogs do). Just let me know what your dog likes to do and I will accommodate.
