Ilona cancelled my dog's stay a few days after I dropped her off because she had a few accidents inside. Fortunately, Rover did a great job finding a new sitter who took great care of her, but it was extremely stressful for me (and, as the new sitter told me, for my dog as well) and I worried about my dog for the rest of my vacation. Moreover, when Ilona dropped my dog off at the new sitter's home, she didn't bring her collar and all of the fresh food I had left for her and, as a result, my dog ran out of food during her stay with the new sitter. I never write negative reviews, but this was not only very unprofessional, it also makes me think that Ilona doesn't actually have experience with dogs. Accidents happen, especially when a dog is first left in an unfamiliar home and missing her human. Anyone who is paid to watch a dog should be able to handle a little bit of pee without subjecting the dog to additional stress.
