I have been a life-long animal lover, who has lived with cats, dogs, birds, fish, and small critters. I have been a volunteer at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter, taking in kittens to foster until they are old enough for adoption and worked with Homeward Trails Animal Rescue. Right now I have a 12-yo Bichons and an 11 you bichon mix. I am experienced in giving oral medication and also insulin shots. I have 3 cats at home, and 4 caged birds (separated, of course). I am retired and have availability during the day, early evenings and holiday. I took a course in veterinary assistance and have a certificate

When I booked the service with Ilene for my puppy, I was a little hesitant in the begin since there weren't any written review. However, I am so glad that I went with her. She did an outstanding job with my puppy. She sent me updates everyday with photoes. She even tought my puppy how use stairs. I could tell how much fun he had with her. He looked so happy and relaxed. I will definitely use her service again.
