Happy, loved, spoiled!

Pet care experience

I live in a friendly community about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MCO, 8.8 miles away), I-Drive (4.7 miles), Sea World (4.4 miles), Aquatica (8.3 miles), Universal Studios (5.0 miles), and about 25 min away from Disney (18 miles). I have a HUGE fenced in backyard that has plenty of space to run around in. Your pup will have a BLAST with their own vacation while you are away!

It was my first time leaving Jagger with a stranger and I was very nervous. Ilena reassured me and sent plenty of updates including pictures and videos and was very responsive to my messages. She even separated Jagger from the bigger dogs until she ensured that they would all get along! If we are ever in the area again I will definitely book her again!

Ilena is absolutely amazing!!! We are going to bring our pups to her again! I would highly recommend leaving your fur babies with Ilena. She kept us update on how they’re doing, had really cute pictures and videos of them playing. She did activities with them! I can tell she genuinely cared about them!! Cannot thank her enough for taking in our dogs two days in a row. She was very accommodating!

Safety, trust & environment

We love our dog and would love to spoil yours when you need us to! I promise they will be treated with the ultimate love and care. You will know this by their regular updates, wagging tails and happy faces when you return. We do help guests with separation anxiety by assigning them their very own ambassador (one of my three older children or other staff member who has been trained on how to help ease their anxiety and help them enjoy their stay during their absence from their most FAVORITE people in the world-You!) They will hold and dote on them, give them all the extra love and attention they need to make sure they are comfortable. When they feel up to it, they can or may join group play. If not, they will continue to have their ambassador assigned to them during their stay and still home feeling extra loved and tended to. Our new vinyl fence is daily and regularly inspected throughout the day to ensure it is secure, with no holes from previous guests. I have an outside gate by the front entrance and an additional safety gate at the front door for entering and exiting our guests as an extra measure of safety. In addition, we have a new entry wall to sun ensure all our guests are safely inside. Safety is my number one priority for all our guests and staff! Between myself, my husband, or staff, someone is always home with our guests.

Information Ilena C. would like to know about your pet

I would like to know about your dog's personality and preferences before sitting so that we can offer them the best care possible. Are they friendly with other dogs? Are they potty trained? It's ok if they are not. We will make sure to take them on extra breaks outside to encourage their potty training. Do they mark pee? Do they get along well with friendly strangers (mainly for meet and greets)? Is this their first time for day care or boarding? This is very important to share upfront so we can make sure everyone enjoys their stay to the fullest and be prepared to fully dote on your pup if it is. ***Due to the nature of our daycare set-up, we CANNOT accept guests who do not get along well with others. Please consider a sitter that cares for one pup at a time if you are not quite sure how your baby is around other guests. Our group style settings allow our guests to have a LOT of fun. We can even cater to guests that like to be quiet and relaxed. However, no form of aggression is tolerated. *** Do they enjoy being around children? We have three older children (ages 9, 12, and 13) that have been trained on how to socialize with our guest pups and they are very respectful of your babies. In addition, when they are not at school or sports practices, our children help serve as Ambassadors and help with belly rubs and snuggling. While you can never fully predict how pups will react to other dogs and personalities, it is helpful to know as much as possible about your sweet one's personality, triggers, like and dislikes before we care for them to ensure they have the best and safest time possible. We do have multiple guests over of all ages, sizes, and stages in life. We have regular daycare pups that come multiple times a week for tons of fun. We can cater to all sizes and needs from toy size pups to very large pup guests. Our system of grouping them according to their energy level and size helps ensure our guests are happy and safe during their stay. We have a new puppy ball pit area that we use exclusively when we have small pups or older guests whom prefer not to have high energy guests during free play. We also use this space freely for everyone when all energy levels match. Does your pup have any allergies or areas sensitive to touch? Any medications? The more we know about your pup, the better we can plan and prepare for a successful stay/visit. Thank you in advance for checking out our profile. You can access our pictures to see how your loved ones are treated, spaces, and activities they will enjoy. The last pics are the most recent ones. We have a constant mindset for change and improvement and I’m always working on a project for our guests ultimate enjoyment! Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have! We are looking forward to meeting and caring for your pup!

A typical day

Our daycare guests receive a complimentary spritz and brush before going home; for a small add-on fee and convenience, you can opt for a go-home bath so they don't smell like all the fun they've had! I am super easy going and treat my own dog like another one of our children, and treat your pup the same while in our care! We LOVE dogs and want to create the best experience for our guests while they are with us. To us, they are family. I am always researching ways on how to improve their stay, with the mindset of being a dog owner myself and a caretaker for your fur baby. Please let me know if their is any way to make their stay more comfortable by sharing any likes and dislikes below:

Availability

Scheduled activities include bubble parties, ball parties, pool parties, scavenger hunts, and plenty of outdoor games and activities. We offer plenty of mental stimulation and socialization with games, activities, puzzles, games, obstacle courses, etc. If they just feel like relaxing, that's fine too! We cater to them for whatever their energy level is up to. Our spaces are designed specifically for your pup to play, relax, and have a good time. I LOVE sharing pictures and videos of how your sweet one is doing throughout their entire stay so you never have to worry about how or what they are doing. We are home full-time and start early daycare drop offs between 6am-9:30am. The day care rate is for 12 hours of care from drop off time. We encourage our pup parents visiting local theme parks for the day to enjoy themselves and stay until they close. If care extends past 12 hours, the app will automatically add 50% of the daily day care rate or you may get a modification request if it is changed after the request is booked. The small fee will give you an additional 2-8 hours of care through 11p, whichever is first. First time Rover users can use promo code TINY61250 for $20 off your first booking! Together, my family of 5 aim to make every pup guests experiences a memorable one! We make sure to give them the ultimate care while they are with us. We can't wait to meet and play with your pup and look forward to giving them all the attention, belly rubs (if that's what they like!), walks, and love while you are at work, on vacation, or if you just want them to have an awesome, fun-filled day!
