Pet care experience
I have been blessed to be surrounded by animals my whole life. I grew up with dogs and worked at Burton for many years, surrounded by puppos! Since my apartment building does not allow pets, I am eager to bring the joy and love of animals back to my life, since I now work from home.

I highly recommend Ilana! She took such great care of my dog Jovie while I was away. She’s VERY responsible, reliable, and was so kind and caring to my quirky lil’ dog. She was also thrown a couple of unexpected curveballs and handled it all so well. I appreciate how she went above and beyond and am very thankful we found her. Thanks again!
Ilana has been walking my dog for a few weeks now and we could not be more grateful. As a nurse, my schedule can be extremely varied and my shifts are long. Ilana has been extremely flexible with any changes to the schedule we need to make and gives Frida enough attention and exercise that I can relax at work, knowing my dog is in good hands. We love working with Ilana!
Ilana cat-sit for our cat Sally over Christmas on relatively short notice this year. She was super responsive with getting everything set up before we left, was timely with visits, and took great pictures of our cat. Everything went smoothly and we were really happy with her help!

Please let me know if your pup has any behaviors I should be aware of or preferences that will help us both have a great experience. Things that are helpful to know are their needs for potty breaks, how long they can be alone, and what their exercise needs are.
A typical day
It would be a welcome break in my day to get outside with your pup and take in the fresh air! I love to explore new streets and parks while allowing the pup to sniff around and lead the way. We can play with your pup’s favorite toy, run around in your yard, or enjoy our walk in the neighborhood.

Availability
As a full time WFH employee my schedule is very flexible between 9-5. I can block out time for walks and check in's and overnights are generally possible for me as well with enough lead time in requests.
