Iga took care of our dog in the most stressful night of the year for animals, NY Eve. The booking process was good and the sitter was flexible and responsive. Generally she seems to have experience with taking care of dogs. However she failed to informed us before the sitting that she is leaving the house that night and taking the dogs to different location. It's good to share information of this kind before any sitting, but due to the anxious nature of our dog, additional trip to yet another location during a loud night as NY Eve is not something I could accept. In the end we knew about the change of location only due to missing leash in the morning after pick up. Iga returned the leash the next day. Since it's a paid service, I would suggest always sharing information on dogs location with the owners on your next bookings.

Alles super, haben unseren kleinen das erste mal über Rover jemand fremden gegeben und können zu Iga nur das beste Berichten :) Sie war super süß mit unserem Hund, hat zwischendurch Updates geschickt und war flexibel bei der Abholzeit am Ende, jederzeit wieder!
