When we returned from vacation, our cats had barely any water left and the litter boxes were full of stuck, rock-hard clumps. Ida had mentioned that our cat had been hissing at her, when our cat has never hissed at anyone before. We thought the cat might have been hissing because Ida brought a friend with her, so we checked our security cameras. We found that she had been lying about the time that she said she arrived at our house, sometimes by several hours, even though she had agreed to certain times in advance. The cameras also showed that she only stayed for an average of 9 minutes when visits are supposed to be 30 minutes. When we contacted her about it, she admitted to counting drive time as part of the visit time. Rover told us to contact her to work out a resolution/refund, but she never responded. Obviously, we don't recommend her.

Ida was great. Took such great care of our pups and was very easy going. Highly recommend.
