Until recently when she passed, Chloe, my cat of over 8 years, was my best buddy. When we got her at the shelter, she was very skittish and shy, but with time and patience, I was able to get her to feel comfortable with anyone who walked into the house. She became the most friendly cat in the matter of months. Apart from my ownership experience, I have volunteered at the Cedar Vally Humane Society shelter, doing dog walks and cat socializing. I found myself bonding with the animals even after a few days. I am very proud of my ability to get along with many different types of dogs and cats, and hope to continue these interactions through caring for your pet/pets!
