Ian was fantastic with my pup! Prior to boarding, he made time to meet up to answer questions and get to know the dog. During my dog’s stay, Ian shared regular photo updates throughout the day. The pup looked like he was on vacation! I would have no hesitation in having Ian look after my puppy again.

Ian is an exceptionally caring person and animal lover. He was our personal petsitter for 3 years and took excellent care of our aging dog every time we were away. Because we are airline pilots, Ian did a lot of petsitting for us, often for 2-3 days at a time several times a month. He was in constant contact with us and messaged us each time he visited, walked, fed, or played with our dog. He also sent photos which was very reassuring. Our dog is older, so she often needed medication or special attention. He knew exactly how to care for her and alerted us immediately to any issues she was having. Also, our dog was scared of other dogs and he was very careful to keep her safe. After we met Ian, we wouldn't let anyone else care for our dog. You can trust Ian to love your dog like you do.
