Hello! My name is Ian L. NYC director and theatre/film/photography artist who loves dogs. I've had a wild past five years traveling the world, working in Michelin starred fine dining, attending international film festivals and occasionally interacting with some pups around the world. Back home, I have a Jack Russell/Australian Shepard named Mia Sophia (who is my GIRL)l, and a standard poodle named Scarlett. They're completely inseparable, so I am looking to get a dog in the coming months in the city! Previously, I've had poodles, golden retrievers, and a variety of pound puppies throughtout my entire life walking them all over Georgia where I grew up! Ian is one the people I trust most with my yellow lab, Watson and my cat, Furiosa. Ian pet sat multiple times for me throughout the past few years, taking great care of both of my pets. Watson is a big lab, about 70 lbs, has gotten up there in years (he’ll be 12 in August). As a result he’s slowed down a lot and has been stubborn on walks. Ian has done an excellent job on of keeping him exercised and not pulling or rushing him, as well as spending time with him and giving him lots of love. My cat is usually very standoffish to most people but she warmed up to him nicely! She is always very relaxed and in a great mood whenever I come home. Definitely would recommend that you have Ian come take care of your pets!

Ian has cared for dogs his whole life. I have met his dogs Mia and Sophia and they are very happy, healthy pups. I would absolutely trust Ian to take care of my dog and I see no reason why he shouldn’t dog sit for others. Honestly, I’ve met few people with such passion for dogs. Sometimes he texts me pictures of dogs all day long and I don’t respond because he does this all the time and I don’t want him clogging up my phone with dog pictures, but he maintains his fervor and sends picture after picture. The man loves dogs! The man is trustworthy!
