I have been around dogs and cats all of my life and have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes. I have an energetic lab mix who is great with other dogs and people. I'm very comfortable around animals and believe that every animal deserves all of the best love and care no matter their breed. I believe in treating everyone (human and animal) with kindness, respect and dignity. I live across the street from a park and nature trail and I walk there with my dog all of the time.

Ian was great with Hannah! He even got her to play with a ball! Usually she just sleeps and eats! I felt very comfortable leaving Hannah with Ian.
Fantastic work from initial contact through the end of the house-sitting. Greatly appreciated his frequent updates that included pictures. I will look for him first next time I need help.
Ian was great on his drop in visit with our dogs!
Ian accommodated our last-minute booking which we really appreciated! He has a nice calm demeanor that our dogs appreciated (one of them gets scared around new people). We loved that Ian was able to bring his dog, Murphy, over to play as well. Thank you!!

I believe that communication is important. For example, are there any medical issues or medications that I should know about? How often do they eat and what do they eat? Are there any special accommodations that I need to know about? I will also send daily updates and pictures showing my time with your pet so that you know what happened while I was with them.

Availability
I am currently working full time in a school, M-F from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm. I can be available for walks and housesitting after those work hours. I'm also available for boarding on Friday, and Saturday nights and during the day on Sundays. Once summer break starts, I will have much more availability.
