Bark Around and Find Out
Pet care experience
I have been working with dogs professionally for 4 years, but have had dogs for many years. I also have 5 years experience owning and caring for cats, including special needs kittens. Happy to drop in or walk dogs of all sizes, and love doing cat drop ins! I have space to board medium to small dogs, and can walk any size pup. I'm happy to dispense any food or medication needed on whatever schedule is best for them.
Reviews
Ian was fantastic! He was prompt, polite, and great with the dogs. He was also flexible with minor time changes when requested.
Sarah and Nicole were superb--responsive, pleasant, generous with the photo updates, and willing to play with and appreciate our precious pooch-child. Their place is well set up for dog care, with a fenced-in yard, a friendly resident companion dog, and a friendly human home almost all the time. We'll definitely be contacting them in the future!

Safety, trust & environment
Cleanliness and safety is number one. For cats, expect that I will sweep or vacuum spilled litter, clean up any messes, and give fresh water and food each check in. Same goes for dogs, as far as making sure dogs are safe and happy while in my care. If at my home, social dogs will get walks, playtime with my dogs and plenty of love. I treat guest animals as though they are my own.

Information Ian H. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know whether your dog has any reactivity issues so I can plan accordingly as far as how I handle your dog or where we go. Whether they are flight risks or escape artists, and any significant medical issues relevant while under my care.
A typical day
Dog walks: I love taking dogs to parks to go on walks when possible. Otherwise, walks around your neighborhood are typical. We make full use of our time, and I love getting good pictures to send as well. Boarding: They will be fed in the morning, pottied, and walked, before being crated while I am at work. Their crate will have blankets, a nylabone, and water. When I get home from work they will be pottied, fed, and walked again, and then will get an hour or more hanging out and playing on our big yard, either fetch, or playing with my dogs. Once everyone is tired we go inside for some indoor playtime and snuggles on the couch. On my days off we drive down to the park to get nice, long walks in, and lots more playtime outside in our yard as well.

Availability
I work full time at a dog training facility, Sunday through Thursday, and have time to do drop Ins or walks before and after, and have Fridays and Saturdays off, as well. Typically I'm able to drop on between 6-6:30am or 6pm and later on weekdays, and free availability on Fri/Sun. Dogs boarding will be crated while I'm at work, and will get pottied before and after my shift, as well as walked, and if they are playful with other dogs will have a blast with my pack as well.
