Hello! Beyond helping care for family and roommates' pets, I've professionaly cared for over 30 dogs/cats through Rover in DC over the past two years. I am excited about providing care for pets in my hometown of Wilmington. I'm patient and pets tend to warm to me quickly. I strive to provide them with the same level of care as if you'd never left. Ian took very good care of my pup for 2 weeks while I was out of the country. Orion suffered from some separation anxiety. Ian was very communicative and cooperative in working through the issues. How they are with new people (especially children) and other dogs. Besides knowing how I should interact with your pet if we're going on walks I don't want to stress it out or other dogs/people. No breed preferences (I do like meeting breeds I've never seen before).
A typical day
I love going for walks especially in parks. Because I'm not able to host pets in my house I'll map out a good walk beforehand or, if you have a recommendation, let me know.
