Pet care experience
I had dogs, cats, birds and bunnies. I love animals but I'm in a situation where I can't own one. Therefore pets sitting is what I love to do. I'm patient in walking with dogs. I have strong character and know how to discipline a dog without yelling or hitting. I don't mind to sleep on the same bed with 5 dogs and cats. I speak 3 languages which are English, Vietnamese and Korean so I can communicate with many people easily. I can groom your pet but I'm not certified. I'm comfortable with nails clipping too. I don't mind picking up dog poops but I prefer to flick them into soils for easier degradation in short time and save the environment from plastic bags usage. In addition, I used to work as a pets photographer so you might end up having your pet portrait if they stay with me ^_^

Do not be fooled by Houng's seemingly competitive price. Although we informed Houng of approximately when we would drop off and pick up our dog in advance, she surprised us on day we picked up our dog by charging for us an extra day. She said the period was more than 24 hours after our drop off. No other rover sitter has tried that trick with us before. I might dispute the additional unauthorized credit card charge. Houng was not available at the agreed drop off time and was not present when we picked up our dog. We had to wait for her when we dropped off our dog and a relative was there with another dog when we picked up our dog, even though Houng knew our dog was scared of other dogs. She also transported our dog to another location without asking permission in advance.
Jack and Jill absolutely loved Huong. Our family was incredibly happy with Huong and will definitely book with her again. She's communicative, loving, and responsive. You can tell she loves animals.
