Pet care experience
Available 24/7 and at short notice! I’ve been around dogs as long as I can remember. I’ve always had Rhodesian ridgebacks growing up so am used to handling big dogs and have the strength to manage them when necessary. Likewise I’ve looked after smaller dogs for friends and family from terriers to sausage dogs and beagles. At the end of walks I’ll always check over for any ticks, cuts, scrapes and give them a brush down as well as make sure paws are clean to re-enter the home. I love to build a bond with dogs, gently introducing myself to them and allowing them to get to know me.

When I house sit, I’ll always get detailed instructions of what routine you and your dog have at home. Then I can best replicate the environment and make your dog feel at ease. I’m patient with those that have anxiety and will always want to know any special needs such as allergies or routine actions. I’m always keen to visit to introduce myself to dogs and owners so they can feel comfortable getting to know me gradually.

I can cater to all different breeds and requirements wether that being calm and patient or matching energy levels to run around the park. I can also administer any medicine if needed.
A typical day
Living in Clapham Junction I’ve got multiple different options for parks from Battersea Park to Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common for plenty of variety. I’ll take your dog on a nice long adventure to check out the latest smells in these green spaces. I like to keep fit running around so games and ball throwing are a regular feature of my walks.

Having recently decided to take a career break, I am available any time of the week (daytime or evening) on short notice. Weekends will often be free too but with more notice needed.
