I’m calm, compassionate, competent, responsible, and decisive. I’ve logged many volunteer hours as a dog walker/exerciser and care companion at the Heritage Humane Society. I had the opportunity to meet, work with, and help literally hundreds of dogs—small to large, shy and skittish to amped-up active and help them be healthy—physically, socially, and emotionally—while they’re waiting to find their forever home. I have plenty of experience dispensing medication to include insulin shots and physical therapy exercises. I enjoy helping dogs as individuals from a five mile trail run with an energetic adolescent, to a slow walk-and-talk in the dog stroller with a geriatric distinguished senior citizen. I also have lots of experience caring for companion animals’ companion animals—especially cats. I look forward to meeting your pack.
