*** 2020 CHRISTMAS UPDATE *** This Christmas it's all about dogs for me :D Lucky, lucky me, I am able to offer space for a few goofy guests this Christmas and New Years in my 3-bed house with garden. My plan is to offer a Christmas sanctuary for up to three compatible dogs who will each have their own room, should they want it. The rates i'm charging include: 1) Introductory sessions for the guests (no bookings will be finalized until all dogs have met and get along) 2) A introductory tour around the house for you and your dog, each room kitted out for maximum dog fun and relaxation 3) Christmas gifts and toys (agreed in advance with owners) 4) Daily walks around Bristol's beauty spots (Blaise Castle, Purdown) Of course there will be all the usual services I offer, including the best walks in Bristol. I plan to make this the best Christmas ever for me and my guests! Hey! Thanks for visiting my profile. I'm Howard, and I'm doing this after quitting my boring office job 5 years ago to work with dogs. I am now happy to say I'm a full time dog walker/sitter and dedicated to it. I love this job! Rain or shine I'll never let you down. I love the outdoors and spending time with my gang of four legged friends. I am patient, experienced and understanding with dogs. I carry a rucksack with water, toys, emergency kit and towels at all times and my car is insured for dog transportation purposes. Previously, I'd volunteered as a walker at rescue centres before and always grew up around dogs so I didn't begin this job without experience. More recently, I found myself with a dog of my own whom I picked up off the street in Romania when she was just about a month old. Long walks with active breeds are a speciality of mine - Blaise Castle, Stoke Park, Leigh Woods, Ashton Court & Snuff Mills are all frequent haunts of ours. Currently my schedule puts me at Blaise Castle every Mon-Fri lunchtime for a long (2 hour+) walk. I have space for another dog or two for this awesome 4 mile trek around the grounds. If you want a healthy and happy dog this walk is highly recommended. I am also available to do house-sitting rather than boarding for your dog. It's less disruptive for your dog(s) if they get to stay in their home environment whilst their humans are away. I have done this many times for existing clients and some of the reviews below mention this. I offer home boarding to existing clients. I'm available for house-sitting and walking 7-days per week. Dog day care is tricky due to my walking schedule but if you have a particularly active and social dog who could join us for a day of walking then he/she would have an amazing time.

Hi Howard been a month since you’ve stopped walking our dog and still no key returned although promised a number of times. Please drop the key through by Friday 6th July. Thanks Roberta
Howard is great, you can tell he really cares about dogs and is extremely accommodating.
Howard kindly acted as house sitter and dog walker for us over a long weekend - he looked after the house, watered all the plants and completely exhausted the dog with long walks every day! Happy to recommend to anyone, thanks Howard!
This has been the fourth time we chose Howard. He is amazing doing his job and my dog, Cooper, loves him. He always stays in our place and makes our leaving easier. I totally recommend him for dog boarding as he is the best. Thanks again Howard!!!
