Pet care experience
Aside from my childhood pup, I've been a Dog Mom to a handful of dogs. Small & large, friendly & even friendlier, snuggle bug to less needy, I'm lucky enough to say that my dogs (past & present) provide many learning opportunities and an immense amount of joy.

H is truly the most incredible dog sitter. She went above and beyond for our beautiful girl Millie. She not only gave her all the cuddles, but took her for long walks & hikes. We came home to a house that was way cleaner than it had been when we left and were surprised with printed out photos of their adventures together while we were away. H is professional, loving, kind, & incredibly caring. She is honest & trustworthy. The care she showed our Millie means so much to us. Anyone who is lucky enough to hire H will not be disappointed. She is a true, true gem. H- thank you for being you & taking such good care of Millie and our home.
Hope is great with my pets! My rescue, Annie, absolutely adores her. She was willing to help me sort out a new harness for Annie plus make sure that it was adjusted correctly. Hope most assuredly has a spot in Annie's heart!! My older dogs very much appreciate Hope's calm and kind demeanor. She is very gentle and patient with my elderly Shih Tzu, Henry.

Our dogs are a bit spoiled - as are most people's. They roam freely inside, even when they're home alone (with the radio on of course - because they deserve it). When outdoors, our dogs are either on leash or have an invisible fence collar on.

A typical day
Honestly, my philosophy is whatever suits the dog, we'll do. This might include long walks, short walks, hiking, swimming, playing fetch and/or simply becoming besties. Every dog has their very own personality and needs ...I'll start there.

My schedule allows for most weekends and rotating weekday(s) off. My husband and I know that a tired dog is a good dog - and routine exercise for our dogs is essentially what we plan our lives around.
