Pet care experience
I've been taking care of dogs since I was two years old. My family had 3 dogs when I was growing up (two Rottweilers & a German Shephard mix). The Rottweilers had a few litters of puppies & my father & I assisted the female through the birthing process each time. We also were given a chihuahua puppy who was a member of the family for sixteen years. As an adult, I have a 6 year old Rottweiler named Bruin and a 17 year old Jack Russell terrier/beagle rescue who are my besties. Getting paid to hang out with dogs is probably the best job any girl could ask for!

Hope has watched our 3 dogs while we’ve been away on vacation for the past six years. They all look forward to seeing her each time (it’s almost like they forget us lol). She is warm, kind, & nothing they do scares her or is too much for her to handle.. which is awesome because since they’re big dogs, I thought we’d have a problem finding someone compatible! We all love her & we don’t know what we would do without her!

I will let your pups out, feed them, & play with them. If you don’t have a fenced in yard, i would just need to be alerted to where their harness & leash are located because I don’t allow dogs to run off leash due to safety concerns.

I would like to know how your dog reacts to strangers, if any behaviors make them nervous, if petting them & giving them hugs is okay. I wouldn’t want to do anything that may upset them or make them uncomfortable. Also, please let me know (in the event of caring for more than one dog) if they need to be separated during meal times/if there is any food aggression.

I’m currently working part time with a flexible schedule, so I can shift things around to accommodate your pet’s needs. I also am up late as a result of being a college student & studying for exams, so if you need pet care in the middle of the night I can do that too.
