Your pup’s home away from home
Pet care experience
Dogs have always been part of my life. I’ve had and taken care of them since I was a little kid. I currently have a 10-pound terrier and do foster care for puppies. I take the time to train my dog and the foster puppies using positive reinforcement and lots of love! Any pup that enters my home is part of the family instantly.
Reviews
We were feeling uneasy about leaving our puppy behind for our ten day trip to a family wedding. We were much more comfortable knowing Bella would be under Hope’s care. Bella got along great with Hope’s terrier, and we received regular photos and updates while we were away. So glad we chose Hope, and I’m sure we will reach out to her again for our next trip!
Hope is an animal lover that cares for her own dog with her whole heart. My pup loves her! Hope would make a great choice for anyone searching for a kind and loving person to look after their dog.
Hope has a beautiful heart for dogs. She has a dig from rescue that she had raised for the past 3 years. She also recently cared for two small puppies from a local rescue.

I know how nerve wracking it is to leave your pup with someone else, so I treat all pups like my own - which is to say they’re part of the family! They’ll be allowed on all furniture (unless you’d prefer them not to) and can go on walks with us and can play with my ten-pound terrier (Reptar). My pup is friendly and LOVES other dogs. He loves to play and wrestle, so it’s important your pup likes this kind of activity and if they’re bigger they know how to play with little dogs. I generally leave my patio door open when the weather is warm - I live on a third floor with a securely fenced private patio where the pups like to sunbathe. I only keep it open when I am able to supervise. The patio is pictured in my pictures, and I’m happy to change up this routine while your pup is here if you prefer. I only watch one dog other than my own at a time and will never have foster pups + Rover pups present at the same time.

Availability
I currently work from home so I am with my pup 24/7! I take him everywhere with me. During the week I work Monday through Thursday at home, but pause for a 20-30 minute walk with the pup about 3 times a day, plus a lunchtime and evening play break. During my three-day weekends, I take him on a walk through the park near my apartment, too, and have longer play breaks. I usually take my dog once a weekend on some sort of hiking adventure, but don’t do this when I’m watching another dog.
