Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Hope Pruitt and I have been caring for animals for seven years now. I started dog sitting for a family friend a few years ago. I was responsible for feeding the dogs and taking them on 20 minute walks. I then started working at a daycare/kennel facility where I learned how to handle large groups of dogs as well as how to walk puppies on a leash. I have also worked as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital. There, I learned how to properly restrain and administer medication to animals. I am now certified as a veterinary assistant and am prepared in any situation. I received my B.S in Animal Science and am currently a graduate student at the University of Maryland. I love spending my free time around animals and enjoy taking care of fur babies!

I had an all day zoom meeting and couldn’t give my needy pup any attention or play with her. Hope was amazing with our pup and played with her in our yard like she was her own dog! I highly recommend hope to anyone needing help with their dog!
