Hope, a veterinary student, has a real heart for animals and the confidence to deal with even difficult dogs, like my livestock guard dog. He is very serious about his job, and can be very intimidating. Hope pays attention to details. She noticed one of our hens was limping and notified me, so I could take action. Hope is also not afraid to deal with the messy details, like changing the cat litter box, when ...

Hope is a dedicated animal lover. She has had pets and trained pets since she was little. Hope works with my dog on a weekly basis. Sometimes Hope takes my dog on walks, and other time she works with him on his behaviors and tricks. Hope has taught my dog how to "touch" with his nose, how to turn, how to sit, how to wait, etc. She has even taught him how to play nicely ...

Hope has extraordinary talent with all kinds of animals. She is not daunted by our biter shepherd (we have two) she even teaches them both dogs obedience training & tricks, she is very patient with them. She is quite knowledgeable about various breeds of dogs and cats, farm animals and even wild critters. I believe she would be an asset to your company and I would not hesitate to board my dogs at your facility ...

HIV/AIDS CERF, Vet. Assistant CERF

I don't just love animals, I care about them and their experiences. Animals work off a pictionary rather than a dictionary so it's important a dog gets as many different experiences as possible within its life time. Especially during its socialization period. I am at the end of completing my Veterinary Assistant Certification so I know exactly how to handle your animal with the must up-to-date methods. I've also learned how to give animal medications ...

What Hope would like to know about your dog

What does his/her vaccination history look like? Is he/she are okay with other dogs? What breed is your dog so I can plan appropriate games, etc? How old is your dog? How is he/she with other animals other than dogs? Does he/she have any behaviors I should know about, i.e. territorial, separation anxiety, fearful, etc? Does your dog require medication of any kind? Does he/she have any ongoing health issues, i.e. epilepsy, k/d diet, etc?

Additional Skills
Oral Medication Administration
Senior Dog Experience
Injected Medication Administration
Can provide daily exercise

When Hope watches your pet

Dog parks are an option as long as your animals are up-to-date on their vaccines. These include Rabies, DA2PP(DA2P), as well as Bordetella. Bordetella manly because your dog will be exposed to dogs in nose to nose situations while at a dog park. Walks will manly occur within proximity to your home unless discussed further during Meet&Greet.
