Hello! I started dog walking and dog sitting as a teenager and I've actively worked with dogs for two decades. I love all kinds of dogs and I'm all about playtime while ensuring doggies are safe and, when the opportunity arises, learn some good manners. I'm able to accommodate dogs with special needs and I've worked in dog training programs at different rescue organizations including the SPCA. As a former proud owner of two Shetland Sheepdogs, German Shepherd, and a Pitbull mix and as a foster parent of three litters of rescue puppies as young as 1 week old, I've had hands-on experience in puppy training, obedience training, behavioral assessment, and just giving dogs lots of love! I've met dogs that are very chill and friendly and never cause any issues, I've also met others that require a lot more than someone holding a leash. I take great care of both (all!) categories of dogs. If there's something you're working on with your dog (for example, leash pulling, chasing cars, lunging at other dogs, etc.), please let me know and I will help set a foundation and communicate with you on things you can do at home to reinforce the changes. If you're working with a dog trainer, I'll also be happy to be put in touch to help reinforce desired behaviors. If your dog just needs a good ol' walk to take care of bodily functions and move a little, I'll make sure we have lots of fun while we're at it!
