Pet care experience
**please, pets need to be potty trained to be able to stay with us. I've taken care of many of my friends' dogs, both big and small, young and old for the past several years. I love communicating with dogs and understanding where their intentions come from!

My dog Poppy is quite shy and we met Hong for a meet and greet. When I drop her off at Hong’s place for boarding, Poppy actually wagged her tail and wanted to be pet from him. Hong was extremely sweet, caring and he followed Poppy’s schedule about feeding and walks. He also communicated with me giving me updates. I would definitely ask Hong to take care of Poppy again.
I am so grateful for Hong and Taylor for taking good care of my baby pug Luna while I was out of town for the weekend. Hong communicated with me before meeting and quick to answer my questions. He also asked about Luna’s feeding and potty break schedule. He even suggested to meet Luna at his home and made sure she felt comfortable. He was on time when I dropped off Luna. He sent ms many happy pictures of Luna from rest to playtime to remind me that she was comfy. My flight back home was delayed and they were very accommodating of my schedule change. I travel a lot and I will definitely ask Hong and Taylor to watch Luna again. ????❤️
Hong Bin and Taylor took great care of my dog! She usually needs some time when adapting to new people and they were totally respectful of it. We could tell she was very happy when we picked her up :)

A typical day
I love to give time for the dog get to learn around his surroundings and me, let them smell all around the house! Then we'd go on a walk to a nearby park or a dog park. We'd come back home and have some relaxed belly rub time :)
