Pet care experience
While I have had a lifelong passion for animals and their care, my professional career with them started about 7 years ago. Initially working at the animal hospital, I was caring for boarding animals while their owners were away. I learned all I could and 2 years later I was proud to have worked my way up to a veterinary technician position! With my clinical experience, I feel comfortable working with & medicating all kinds of pets. Little mini friends, large breed friends, the young, the distinguished(elderly💗), from bouncy and busy to stoic, even ones that may have a disability & need a little extra help!🐾❤️ I myself have a doberman, a pitbull, an adorable cat, a hognose snake, sugar gliders chickens and an axolotl so I empathize and understand how tricky it can be to coordinate & trust a petsitter with such precious members of the family! ❤️

A typical day
A typical day for me consists of an early start and usually a walk or session of ball or Frisby. If they need any medications with breakfast we can do that. Throughout the day I offer potty breaks & enjoy little games where you hide treats or, if the dog is patient enough, play hide & seek. That's my Trout's favorite ?❤️ Of course another walk in the evening after dinner (Occasionally we go later at night if it's really hot in the summer. We make it work!)

Availability
I currently work part time both as a vet tech and for Rover. Otherwise we enjoy being outside and walk the Harbor or Footprints trails often!
