Pet care experience
I have been a huge animal lover for my entire life and have been taking care of the pets of my friends and family while they are on vacation for years. As a dog owner myself, I know how stressful it can be to find someone reliable to take care of your pet while you're away. Trust that they will be in great hands with me! While you are away, I am more than happy to send pictures and updates of what your pet is up to with me. My husband and I love the opportunity to be around animals, and my black lab, Reggie, is always happy to make a new friend! Since I work full-time Monday-Friday, I am only able to provide daycare Saturday and Sunday, however, dog walking and drop-in visits can happen any day of the week.

Holly was flexible on working out dates/times, and she sent a number of photos and updates while I was gone. I can tell that my dog had a great time with her and her own dog. I'd happily leave Rocky with Holly again!
Holly is intelligent, organized, and compassionate. She took wonderful care of our boys and I’m sure that they loved sniffing around her large fenced yard! We feel fortunate to have “found” Holly and would definitely leave our dogs with her again.
We needed a sitter on fairly short notice and Holly came through. Then we had to change our plans at the last minute and she was great again, understanding and accommodating. Our dog came back happy, healthy, clean and worn-out (in a good way, from clearly having such a good time). Highly recommended.
Everything was great! I worried because the dogs had never been away from us. She made them, especially Sophie, feel safe and comfortable away from home. Will let her keep the dogs again and again

I would love to know if your dog has any special needs or considerations. I want to minimize disruption to their daily routines so it would be helpful to know things like when they prefer to eat and exercise. I require all pets that come into my home to be vaccinated. Before dropping off your dog, you can e-mail them or bring a printed copy with you on the day of drop off. I would also like to know about your dog's activity level, friendliness towards other dogs, medications your dog is on, and dietary restrictions.
A typical day
We live very close to a trail and go on daily walks there with our pup. We also frequently go for hikes at different locations around Bloomington. Our large fenced in backyard offers lots of room for playing ball and Frisbee!
