Pet care experience
In high school I worked at a shelter, volunteering with cats and dogs ranging from puppies to seniors. I have also pet sit/house sit dogs throughout high school and college. I got my own dog in 2004 and cared for him until he was a super senior. When he became a senior I gave medications (including pills and eye drops), made special food, hand fed, and all the extra care that comes with a senior dog. Several of my bosses have asked me to pet and house sit for them, and I have also pet sit several cats who needed brushing, insulin shots, and pills with food. Several friends have asked me to pet sit and do check-ins for potty breaks when they are stuck at work or go on vacation. I have made dog friendly treats and cakes (photo included) for pet celebrations. I love dogs and cats but right now in my life I don't feel like I have enough time to give a critter the time it deserves.

Holly was terrific!! Even though Burkley is old and low-maintenance, she went above and beyond making sure he was always comfortable and hiding treats about for him to sniff out.
Holly was a great. She was very communicative, flexible, and sweet with our pets. I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to others.
Holly did an amazing job taking care of our two cats! She took care of everything and made sure I was updated every day with all kinds of info about them. She was responsive and trustworthy and made us feel so comfortable with leaving our pets home alone. I would book her again in a heartbeat!
Holly was great with my geriatric boy! He needs help, and she was there to give it! He does so much better when he knows he can count on those around him to help him when he needs. Holly did exactly that! Thank you Holly!

Your pets safety always comes first. I always check gates and doors to ensure they are locked, make sure they can't get into anything they aren't supposed to. During walks, if a situation arises (other aggressive dogs, ect) I turn and go the other way avoiding any potential dangerous situations. I am more than happy to send you photos and updates of your dog and will follow any special instructions. I would be more than happy to have a quick chat or stop by to meet you and your pet before you book any services with me.

A typical day
I like to keep dogs active mentally and physically. Walks around parks where your dog can smell all they want. I will also play games such hiding treats or creating puzzles with treat/toy rewards at home.

Availability
I currently work full-time from 7am- 5pm on M-TH, on F-Su I am available all day! For walks: I can do afternoon/evening walks from 5pm- 7:30pm on weekdays. On weekends I am available all day. Drop-ins: I an free from 4:30pm- 10pm on weekdays. On weekends I am available all day. House sitting: Monday through Thursday I work from 7am to 5pm, Friday- Sunday I am free all day.
